Battle for Inmet turns hostile – What does Model Price say?

Early this morning First Quantum Minerals (FM) made a hostile $5.1 billion takeover offer – offering $72 a share – for Inmet Mining (IMN), taking the bid directly to shareholders after two earlier offers were snubbed by Inmet management.

See below our model price chart of Inmet Mining (IMN) as of Friday’s computer run.

For those interested, a daily updated chart of IMN subsequent to this post will be maintained on Facebook, here.

Interesting to see what happens here, but model price for IMN is calculated at $84 a share.

Do you follow Transcanada? I did try to find it in both search engines with the symbol Trp. I would appreciate your take on the stock, it’s over $46 and I am feeling like it might be time to sell, what do you think or could you post a model chart? It’s at a 5 year high-

Thanks so much and Merry Christmas,
    Katheryn

Yes, we do have TRP. Please try again to see if it works. Even though TRP is above its model price looks like TRP wants to go to EBV+3 or $50.06. Hope this helps!

Thank you Brian, it does help- I have been on the verge of selling for the last few days- I might hold on a little longer. Yes TRP in now working in your search engine- maybe it’s got something to do with my Mac. Happy New year, Katheryn
